📜 Official Rules: PoetryPalooza 2025 Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The PoetryPalooza 2025 Giveaway is organized and sponsored by V. Walker and VW Publishing. This promotion is not affiliated with or sponsored by Bookshop.org, any social media platform, any retailer or any other individual.

2. Eligibility

Open to adults who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of VW Publishing or authors participating in PoetryPalooza 2025 and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on April 12, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on April 14, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

a) Free Entry – No Purchase Necessary

Signing up counts as one (1) entry into the giveaway.

b) Purchase Entry

Each individual purchase of a participating PoetryPalooza 2025 eBook during the event dates (April 12–14, 2025) counts as one (1) entry. Multiple purchases = multiple entries.

To qualify, purchases must be made through:

• Amazon

• Kobo

• Apple Books

• Barnes & Noble

• Gumroad

• Payhip

• Ko-Fi

• Or direct from the participating poet or publisher

You must retain your purchase receipt or confirmation email as proof of entry if selected as the winner.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $15 digital gift card to Bookshop.org.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected gift cards due to incorrect email addresses or technical issues.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will occur on or around April 16, 2025.

The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. If no response is received within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Privacy

By entering, participants agree to receive updates related to PoetryPalooza 2025. Emails collected for the purpose of entry will not be sold or shared outside of this promotion. See the VW Publishing Privacy Policy for more details.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, authors, and partners from any liability, claim, or damage resulting from participation or prize acceptance.
